              保證鋁合金齒輪箱體加工精度方法的研究

              摘要:生產中時常發生鋁合金材質齒輪箱體加工后變形、造成形位公差或尺寸公差超差現象。為解決這一現象,本文采取控制變量的方式對精銑合箱面工序中的合箱面平面度以及精鏜孔工序中的軸承孔變形進行研究。在分析影響精銑合箱面平面度的影響因素時,主要從刀具、測量方法、夾緊力、工裝夾具四個方面進行驗證分析主因。在分析影響精鏜軸承孔變形的影響因素時,主要從測量方法、箱體內應力兩個方面進行試驗分析。最終通過試驗分析,尋找到了有效控制鋁合金箱體精度的方法。

              Study on the Method of Guaranteeing the Machining Accuracy of Aluminum Alloy Gear Box

              Abstract:In production, the deformation of aluminum alloy gear box often occurs, and the form tolerance or size tolerance exceeds the tolerance range.In order to solve this phenomenon, the plane degree of the closure surface is studied by controlling variables, and the deformation of bearing hole is studied.In the analysis of the influencing factors affecting the closure of the box surface, the main reason for the verification analysis is mainly from four aspects: tool, measurement method, clamping force, and fixture.In the analysis of the influence factors of bearing hole deformation, mainly from the measurement method, stress in the box two aspects of experimental analysis. Finally, through the experimental analysis, the effective control of aluminum alloy box precision method was found.
